Bright Kids Uganda is more than happy to welcome volunteers year round; there is ALWAYS something to do and a lot to learn at the orphanage.  As a volunteer you will meet the children of Bright Kids Uganda, learn their stories, and help the orphanage & children grow.  In addition, anyone volunteering at the orphanage will also have access to different organizations that maybe of interest; such as HIV/AIDS clinics, NGO’s working with underprivileged & street children, and other orphanages.

Every volunteer has the option to stay at the Bright Kids compound for $15-$20 USD a night, that’s full room and board.  In addition, there are several places to stay outside of Bright Kids.
