BIO: Joel was brought to Sunrise Children’s Village (Now Bright Kids Uganda) from the region of Tororo. After his parents both died of AIDS in 2003, Joel was in the care of his grandfather. However, due to his own difficult circumstances, he could no longer look after Joel.
