Product and Advantages:

The construction of a communal hut for the children of Bright Kids Uganda will strengthen security as well as create a healthy environment. This project ensures that all children currently at the Bright Kids Uganda home will have proper shelter and adequate space outside their dormitories to play, eat, and do school work.  Currently, the children spend a majority of their time in their dorms, which is decreasing cleanliness within the sleeping areas.  The communal hut will promote better health, increased social interactions, and foster increased academic performance through the construction of a shared space.

• Provide healthy and clean communal area for the children
• Support sanitation within the dormitories
• Increase socialization between the children
